About the Role

Responsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure that software meets specified standards and end user requirements Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and review testing case and testing scripts through consistent application of principles of testing Execute testing and submit defect to meet deadline with quality Provide daily report and escalate issues to meet deadline with quality Assist to design test cases according to test requirements Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Financial and Non-Financial Measures: Timely completion of assigned tasks Accuracy and completeness of work produced Communication Requirements Internal & External: Internal (70%) Ÿ Weekly progress report of assigned tasks Ÿ Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks Ÿ Build trust with colleagues in design, development and testing team External (30%) Ÿ Discussion with external counter parties on the solution/issues found during the completion of assigned tasks.

Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines 1~3 years experiences in testing including design testing case, prepare testing environment and test data in functional testing projects 2+ years experiences in web system testing 2+ years experiences in Oracle or SQL Server Good understanding of testing process and methodology Master the test management and defect tool Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
