We’re looking for a dynamic Branch Champion to work alongside branch leadership in supporting the team and achieving branch goals! As a Branch Champion, you’ll play a key role in helping to keep the branch running smoothly while contributing to the team’s success. Working alongside and under the guidance of the VP Branch Leader, you’ll support daily operations, champion great member experiences, and help ensure we stay aligned with policies, procedures, and compliance standards. This role is all about leading with energy, coaching, and encouraging branch staff, and helping the team reach exciting sales, service, financial performance, and branch goals together. You’ll balance coaching and mentoring staff with directly serving members as needed through consumer loans, second position mortgages, new accounts, deposits, and teller services. You will get satisfaction from seeing your efforts pay off as the branch team excels and our members are pleased with the service and products provided. Requirements

Two years or similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Previous supervisory/Leadership experience. Banking/Credit Union/financial institution experience. Lending experience Pay Information: Hiring Range: $20.23/hr. - $25.28/hr. Full Range: $20.23./hr. - $30.34/hr.
