AI Transformation Specialist

Identify AI opportunities in Operations workflows (productivity, quality, cost, risk). Design and support rollout of AI use cases, Standard Operating Procedures, and playbooks for Operations teams. Run demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to increase AI tool adoption. Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives (planning, follow-ups, timelines, status).

Collect user feedback and performance data to improve AI solutions. Help define and track Key Performance Indicators for AI adoption and impact. Support basic AI governance activities (usage guidelines, guardrails, documentation) Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields Min 1 year of experience in HR, Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related functions Exposure to HR domains (e.
