Automotive Customer Service Cashier / Receptionist

Glockner’s is seeking a dedicated Office Staff professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently process customer payments and deliver excellent customer service. Job Description Greet customers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member Assist customers with questions and provide general dealership information Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Provide customers with receipts and appropriate paperwork Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cashier activity as required Assist Service Advisors and other dealership departments with customer needs Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and cashier area Provide professional and courteous service during every customer interaction Qualifications Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits At Glockner’s you’ll receive competitive wages and employee benefits – including 401K with company match and employee discounts on vehicle and service purchases.
