Formulation (R&D) Staff

Job Responsibilities

Support execution of R&D activities, including product formulation, testing, and trials. Assist in laboratory, pilot, and plant trials under guidance of R&D leadership. Collect, record, and analyse test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Support compliance with CPOHB, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.

Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and product testing. Maintain R&D documentation, samples, and technical records. Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow R&D protocols, safety procedures, and governance requirements. Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy / Apoteker * Proven experience (1-3 years) in Formulation (Pharmaceutical / Animal Health Product) * Proficient in using formulation software and analytical tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in experimental work and documentation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
