Engineer - Maintenance - Aerofil

Position Purpose Responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Autonomous Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Engineering systems to maximise equipment reliability and minimise unplanned downtime.

Supports the Maintenance Manager through technical leadership of production asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Autonomous Maintenance Predictive Maintenance Reliability Engineering Root Cause Analysis CMMS work management processes Equipment reliability improvement Working Relationships Works closely with the Maintenance Manager, Value Stream teams, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality and EHS as appropriate.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Preventive Maintenance Compliance PM:CM Ratio Predictive Maintenance Coverage Autonomous Maintenance Compliance MTBF MTTR Unplanned Downtime % Breakdown Events Work Orders Raised Work Orders Completed RCA Open >30 Days Knowledge & Experience Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience in manufacturing maintenance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with CMMS and TPM principles.
