Performs skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air, gas, water, and waste disposal systems maintenance tasks in such areas as water/fuel operations at Mc. Entire Joint National Guard Base.  Assists other trades with tasks.  Makes emergency, general repairs, and adjustments to facilities.  Conducts inspections, plans layout and installation, assembles pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.
