QUALIFICATIONS

Job Description DIETARY AIDE DIETARY SERVICES EDUCATION: High school diploma preferred or equivalent. Sanitation certification may be required. EXPERIENCE: Previous food service experience preferred. Ability to operate dish machine, handle cleaning supplies and equipment, sort, stack, and store clean dishes. Knowledge of sanitary requirements, rules and regulations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The following job functions are all essential job function as defined by the ADAAA. Responsible for understanding and consistently following the principles Of the Happy to Oblige (H to O) program. Set up trays and deliver meals to residents. Clean and maintain kitchen and food preparation equipment.

Stock and store food items. Retrieve dishes and utensils following meals. Scrape, rack and place soiled dishes in dish machine. Sort, stack and store clean dishes. Maintain cleanliness Of dish machine room and dietary area. Fill, clean and empty dish machine. Cooperate and work with staff. pour and Cover beverages. Carry out garbage.

All other duties as needed to maintain the dietary department in proper order.
