'27 Summer Analyst (Undergrad) – Asset Management

Welltower’s Asset Management internship is a paid, full-time summer program for students pursuing a degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. The Intern supports the Asset Management team in overseeing a portfolio of seniors housing properties, assisting with operator and tenant performance analysis, property-level financial modeling, market research, and portfolio reporting.

The role is structured to provide exposure across the asset lifecycle — from underwriting and business plan execution through stabilization and disposition — and concludes with a capstone project presented to Asset Management leadership.
