Property Manager

Job Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for managing relationships with site providers (landlords/building owners), tenants (wireless carriers, tower companies, etc.), and various vendors and service providers.

Key responsibilities include

administering agreements, lease/sublease easements, rooftop easements, and other similar contractual arrangements to ensure all obligations are fulfilled, disputes are resolved, and the performance of the company, tenants, and site providers is properly monitored.<
