About the Role
Our systems capture images from high-speed manufacturing lines, run Deep-Learning algorithms at real-time latency, and detect faults at upwards of 99% accuracy. We are looking for rock-star Support Engineers to help our ever-growing customer base with their queries and establish an amazing customer experience. What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?
- Attend customer calls for product support
- Work with project managers to solve product problems in the field
- Create support documentation for Product Usage(SOPs)
- Maintain support logs and work with the Product Team to solve recurring issues
- Travel to the field and solve setup problems if required Requirements:
- Experience in deploying/building Machine-Vision based quality inspection systems.
- Exposure to working with PLC systems
- Experience in debugging Electrical wiring
- Knowledge of sensors and automation systems
- Experience with Linux-based systems and command terminals is good to have
- Experience in using debugging tools like multimeter, oscilloscope etc
- Excellent communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
