Social Media Manager – Hannah Ephraim Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales for Hannah Ephraim.
• Create high-quality, creative, and engaging content (Reels, photos, videos, stories, and graphics) that reflects the brand's luxury and lifestyle identity.
• Manage Hannah Ephraim's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Google pages and other relevant social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain a consistent weekly and monthly content calendar.
• Showcase jewelry collections, personalized pieces, new arrivals, promotions, and special campaigns.
• Create behind-the-scenes content showcasing the jewelry studio, manufacturing process (with Supervisor’s approval), engraving, and craftsmanship.
• Develop content that communicates the brand's story, values, and unique selling points.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage social media inquiries professionally.
• Convert social media engagement into potential customers and sales through effective content and calls to action.
• Stay updated on social media trends, trending audio, and creative content formats.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers when required.
• Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
• Track and analyze social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistency in Hannah Ephraim's brand identity, tone, and visual presentation.
• Work closely with the founder and creative team to develop innovative content ideas.
• Stay proactive, creative, and consistent in building Hannah Ephraim's online presence.
