Server

Description Responsibilities for Restaurant Server:

• Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive
• Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members
• Serve food and beverages
• Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses
• Collect payment from customers in a timely manner
• Assist in training new employees as required
• Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attitude toward teamwork
• Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative
• Confident, outgoing demeanor
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop and life a moderate weight
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol (At least 18 years of age)
