• Trimont, MN, Position Type: Internship, Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00Hourly, Job objective: The agronomy intern will be responsible for assisting, coordinating and execution of all agronomy related activities designated by their supervisor to provide Nu. Way-K&H Cooperative’s products and services in the most efficient and professional manner to increase Nu. Way-K&H Cooperative’s brand market share and company profitability. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Actively participate in day-to-day operations as assigned by the supervisor. General services such as soil, tissue and nitrate sampling. Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulation agencies. Comply with Nu. Way-K&H Cooperative’s safety policies. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management. Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training. Attend all training sessions required by law and Nu. Way-K&H Cooperative Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.
