Position is 40 hours per week mostly Monday-Friday with flexibility for potential evening and weekend tours or events.

Pay is up to $25.00/hour.

JOB SUMMARY

Are you ready to serve our senior community? This exciting new role is responsible to build and maintain census and drive referral and admission processes for Sterling Park Independent & Assisted Living/Park Gardens and Ridgeview Place Senior Living. The Director of Sales & Marketing will excel in creating positive working relationships with key partners and referral sources in the community through marketing initiatives and messaging.

Requires the ability to develop new contacts, communicate facility successes and strengths, organize events, and create/execute outcome-based marketing strategy and plans. This role requires ongoing evaluation of current practices and procedures and the discretion to recommend improvements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Support Accura Health. Care's vision of Trust, Integrity, Accountability, Commitment and Kindness. BS/BA Degree in related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated sales and marketing experience in a healthcare setting with long-term care experience preferred. Successful track record identifying and developing local relationships to build revenue.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to facilitate small-group presentations. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to work independently with little direction. Must possess a valid state drivers’ license. Ability to travel within a 90-mile radius of the facility on a regular basis.
