Opportunity Highlights: Employed position with Sentara Medical Group. 7 on/7 off schedule – 182 shifts/year. Shift rate - $3,352.00 Quality Performance Incentive - $24,500 Generous sign on/commencement and retention bonuses. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $579,508.80 - $662,542.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
