Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Available Weekly Schedules: Team A: Monday – Wednesday (3 days) Team B: Thursday – Saturday (3 days) Work 3 days per week, 8 hours per day – 24 hours total. What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Assembly Operator, you'll help build high-quality hydraulic motors used by customers around the world. Assemble hydraulic motors and components using hand and power tools. Follow clear work instructions and quality standards. Inspect components to ensure quality and accuracy. Work with your teammates to meet production goals.

Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe. Learn the skills needed to operate safely and efficiently at your assigned workstation. Safety comes first at Poclain. We believe every employee deserves a safe workplace, and we expect everyone to look out for themselves and their teammates.

What We're Looking For

Experience is NOT required. Your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most! Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn. Available to work your selected three-day schedule consistently. Comfortable working with your hands and using tools. Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Able to read and understand English work and safety instructions. Must be at least 18 years old. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements: This is an active manufacturing position involving standing for up to 8 hours, repetitive assembly tasks, and lifting components up to 45 lbs.
