What You'll Do

Assist residents with personal care, medication, and daily activities. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living space. Engage residents in meaningful activities and community outings. Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans. Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (or relevant experience). Completion of a direct care training program OR at least two years of experience with vulnerable adults. A caring attitude, teamwork skills, and reliability. Training Provided: CPR / First Aid Medication Administration Resident/Recipient Rights Personal Care, Supervision and Protection Prevention and Containment of Communicable Diseases Person-Centered Planning Cultural Competency & Limited English Proficiency Nutrition & Food Safety Strategies for Managing Challenging Behaviors Additional Requirements: Must be in good physical health (physical exam required).
