This is an on-site role at our Fort Wayne, IN branch location. Salary: $19-$25 / hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the parts and inventory in a branch Enter Purchase Order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Receive and process shipments Track orders and ensure timely delivery Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner Open willingness to continual learning Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values Any other duties deemed appropriate by management Required : shipping/receiving experience Inventory control, cycle counting, shipping/receiving experience Pass drug and background screenings Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Physical Demands : Must be able to sit for long periods of time Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines Lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
