Orthopedic Technologist I (Cast Technician)

This position will be required to apply all types and complexities of casts. This position is often required to work under the direct supervision of a physician and/or nurse practitioner. This position is required to provide casting services in the operating room in accordance with operating room procedures and protocols. This position must demonstrate a high level of competency in the areas of cast application, cast removal, traction techniques, and casting protocols.

Hours/schedule will fluctuate between 8:00am-4:30pm & 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call Saturday rotation requirements every 6-8 weeks. The hours on the Saturday rotation are 8:00am-12:00pm.
