As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting and optimizing revenue operations within a technology-driven real estate environment.

You will oversee operational workflows across lead management, transaction coordination, commission processing, and revenue tracking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire deal lifecycle. Working closely with real estate agents, leadership, and internal stakeholders, you will help maintain reliable systems, streamline processes, and improve operational visibility.

You will also manage data across multiple platforms, support automation initiatives, and identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks.
