Position Overview

Assist Florida Credit Union’s Marketing Department with its day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions. The role involves supporting content creation, social media, events, and basic design and video projects, as well as assisting with seasonal initiatives such as back-to-school events.

Additional administrative and general support tasks will also be required. Your Key Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing department with daily tasks and ongoing projects. Support the planning and execution of community events, including back-to-school initiatives and other seasonal campaigns. Help organize, assemble, and distribute promotional items for events and marketing efforts.

Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across platforms. Support the development of marketing materials, including flyers, graphics, and digital content. Review and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. Assist with basic video production tasks, including filming and editing short videos.

Assist with updating and maintaining website content, including event pages and promotions.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. A current driver’s license.
