ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Cavco Phoenix Manufacturing plant as a Maintenance Specialist. This is a full-time, in person job that will help with repairs, installs, and maintains machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments, following specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings, using hand tools, power tools, hoist, crane, and measuring and testing instruments..

They can work in commercial, industrial, or residential spaces, performing maintenance duties themselves, or contracting service providers. They also carry out preventative maintenance.
