Operations Specialist - Early Childhood Impact @ the Y

The Operations Specialist supports the YMCA of the East Bay’s ECI operations team by providing flexible administrative, monitoring, and on-site support to help programs run smoothly. This role assists with licensing paperwork, staff training coordination, operational follow-up, new teacher onboarding, parent communication, and special projects.
