WEBSTER CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Open Position Position: LTS Elementary School Teacher (Posting number 2627-3867) Location: State Road Elementary School Dates: October 26th- January 4, 2027 Requirements: Must have NYS Certification in either Early Childhood Education B-2, Childhood Education 1-6, or Nursery-6 We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications: Previous teaching experience in elementary education Strong ability to collaborate and be an effective member of a grade-level team Exemplify the WCSD Essential Skills and Core Beliefs Candidates must have knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive instruction in the District approved curriculum Integrates literacy skills and strategies within the academic program, ensuring that all students are able to access text and communicate understanding through writing Demonstrates a deep and rich knowledge of subject area and the ability to convey it to the students Maintains accurate and timely student records available for teacher, student or parent reference Salary: As per current Webster Teacher Association (WTA) Contract based on experience and education.
