This is a temp-to-perm opportunity involving lone working and key-holder responsibilities. Applicants must be dependable, security-conscious and comfortable working independently.

Duties General cleaning throughout the premises Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning offices and communal areas Cleaning and sanitising washrooms Emptying bins and replacing liners Wiping and sanitising high-touch areas Maintaining high standards of cleanliness Following site security and health & safety procedures Requirements Valid Right to Work documentation Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Comfortable with lone working Comfortable being a key holder and using an alarm panel Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Good attention to detail Able to use a telephone time and attendance clocking system Benefits Monday: 9:00am – 10:30am Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:30am Wednesday: 9:00am – 10:30am Thursday: 9:00am – 10:30am Friday: 9:00am – 10:30am Saturday & Sunday: No work Total: 7.
