At CESO, an Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the design development and delivery of architectural solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This position is responsible for upholding design excellence, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and codes, and aligning with firm-wide best practices. An Architecture Manager drives innovation in design, fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in design processes and documentation. In addition to managing team schedules and design workflows, this position plays a key part in balancing workload across offices, mentoring staff, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
