Hiring Immediately, HR Recruiting Specialist. Hiley Auto Group is seeking an HR Specialist to help with our recruiting efforts. Our stores are all growing and we need a dedicated person to help continue to build our team. You be joining a third generation family-owned group with a fantastic community reputation that has had continual double digit growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is not required for this position. We seeking a candidate that has prior experience utilizing a CRM, handling customers on the phone, and multi-tasking. Specific experience in a call center or business development environment is a plus. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-screen candidates for various positions Manage our applicant system data to ensure we can effectively communicate with candidates Regularly communicate with hiring managers for updates Schedule in-person interviews on behalf of hiring managers Report on applicant volume, hiring pipeline, and outcomes to executive management Work with our HR partner to update job postings Complete training and stay up to date on current State and Federal HR regulations Click the Apply button to submit your resume!
