Project Manager (Construction Project Manager)

Ramsey County is seeking a Construction Project Manager  for oversight of building projects from pre-construction to final delivery. Projects include tenant improvements, capital asset replacements, and new construction. Manage projects from initial programming through solicitation process and move-in or commissioning.

Assist in development of workplace and construction standards. Provide all aspects of project management including establishing and administering project scope, budgets, timelines and coordinating project activities; and perform related duties as assigned.
