Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor (Commerical/Industrial Flooring) Quest. Mark Flooring, a division of Centi. Mark Corporation, currently has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Field Supervisor for its Phoenix, AZ location. This position provides the unique opportunity to accomplish project objectives in customized polished concrete and epoxy flooring solutions.

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position’s main focus is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the installation of polished concrete and epoxy flooring system projects. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the organization, scheduling and implementation of each project.

SPECIFIC DUTIES: Responsible for ensuring timely communication (on a daily basis) with sales, operations, clients and field personnel. Drive to customer’s facility (multi-state travel required) Required to frequently inspect the project Oversee and ensure that the crew is performing up to customer standards Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site Coordinate activities related to the installation of polished concrete and epoxy flooring system projects.

Oversee the organization, scheduling and implementation of each project.
