Case Manager, Downtown (Permanent, Part-Time)

The Case Manager is responsible for the women in the Women’s Recovery program at Joanna Home from intake to discharge. This position makes the first contact with those who have been referred to Joanna Home and conduct interviews; provide tours; introduce new participants to the Program; update Share Vision; assist with intake/discharge tasks and orientation.
