Caregiver Responsibilities: Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living.

Helping with general light housekeeping. Making arrangements for or providing transportation as needed. Observing and reporting on a patient’s condition. Keeping up with in-service training. Enters patients records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures; incidents and observations, reports any changes in patients’ physical condition and/or behavior; observes and documents the health and emotional condition of each patient; promptly reports any changes to the supervisor Caregiver Qualifications/Skills: Reliable transportation Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to pass a criminal background check In-home caregiving experience supporting elderly clients with ADLs Experience creating a safe, effective environment Listening, analyzing information, and focusing on quality Dependability and punctuality Physical ability to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs.
