What will you do? -Assist customers through the assigned communication channels. -Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance. -Explain technical information clearly and professionally. -Manage customer interactions using internal systems and follow established procedures. -Handle concerns with empathy, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary. -Maintain accurate records and meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets. What are we looking for?
• Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency + Catalan
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 and legal documentation to work in Spain.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Basic technical knowledge and confidence using computers and digital devices.
• Good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. What do we offer? - 100% remote work, so you can work from home

• Salary package of 19976,99 euros gross/year + Bonus 1.200 gross/year
