Civil Design Engineer (Transportation)

We’re seeking a Civil Design Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make a real impact on complete streets and multimodal projects.

What You’ll Do Support Civil 3D and AutoCAD design for complete streets, roadway, and transportation projects Review, develop, and coordinate detailed plan sets, specifications, and cost estimates Collaborate with project teams and the Traffic Group to ensure quality and timely delivery Attend client meetings, communicate technical solutions, and support contract administration Visit project sites as needed to monitor progress and serve as an on-site representative Special Requirements & Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (accredited university) 3–4 years of civil engineering experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, Project Strong communication, organization, and deadline-driven mindset Valid driver’s license with clean abstract Ability to uphold strict ethical standards and pass reference, background, and motor vehicle checks Preferred: Experience with Civil 3D Transportation/Roadway design background Experience mentoring junior engineers Professional Engineer (P.
