Intake Specialist- Full Time

Join Lifetime Assistance as an Intake Specialist and help individuals and families take the first steps toward accessing residential and other agency services. You’ll coordinate referrals, applications, admissions, documentation, and follow-ups while working closely with families, Care Coordinators, referral sources, and internal teams.
