The schedule This is a full-time role at our Culinary Center in Plant City, with morning and evening shifts available. Tell us which one fits your life when you apply. What you’ll do Sort and rinse pans, bins, and utensils, and rack them for the dish machine Sort, stack, and put away clean cookware, keeping it sanitary while you handle it Scrub pots, pans, and trays by hand as needed Change dish machine water every 4 hours, and assemble and disassemble the machine Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions Let your manager know right away if wash or rinse temperatures drop below safety standards Set up and break down the dish area Sweep, mop, and wipe up spills so floors stay dry and safe Take trash and garbage to the dumpster Follow our Site Cleanliness standards and Good Manufacturing Practices Help with general cleaning and other duties as needed What you bring A team-player attitude and clear communication Strong time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy kitchen Respect for food safety rules and procedures Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when needed Personal hygiene that meets Fitlife standards A connection to Fitlife’s values: Ownership, Purpose, Curiosity, Gratitude and A Winning Mindset Physical requirements Stand, walk, and do repetitive work for long periods Lift and carry 25–50 lbs.
