GTM Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the commercial team at an AI-powered procurement software company as a hands-on GTM Lead. You will use strategic procurement expertise to build enterprise relationships, create opportunities, and close deals across Germany.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Originate commercial opportunities and lead them from initial engagement through to close.
• Build relationships with executives and procurement leaders at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.
• Lead consultative discovery on procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.
• Run customer and partner workshops that connect procurement expertise to commercial opportunities.
• Help sales, business development, and deployment colleagues communicate credibly with procurement teams.
• Represent the company in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Share customer, market, and competitive insights to inform product and company strategy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of practical experience in strategic procurement. Three to five years is preferred, with more experience welcome.
• Experience working with large German enterprises and Mittelstand companies, and positioning offerings within strategic procurement programs.
• Experience engaging directly with C-level executives and procurement leaders.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Commercial drive, ownership, and comfort working in a changing, founder-led environment.
• Experience originating, advancing, and closing commercial opportunities, plus leading consultative customer conversations.
