The Woodstock Farmers' Market is looking for a Culinary Associate to help create the fresh salads, prepared meals, sauces, dips, sandwiches, and specialty foods our customers love. This is an excellent opportunity to build culinary skills in a supportive environment without the pressure of a traditional restaurant line.

What You'll Do

Prepare fresh salads, entrées, sauces, dips, and other prepared foods using established recipes Assist with catering orders and seasonal holiday food production Help stock and maintain our prepared foods displays Support sandwich and grab-and-go food preparation as needed Receive and organize deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Collaborate with a friendly team to ensure exceptional food quality What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and reliable attendance Interest in food preparation and learning new skills Ability to follow recipes and instructions Organized and able to work efficiently during busy periods Team player who enjoys working with others Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and safety Why This Position Stands Out No late-night restaurant hours Year-round, stable employment Opportunities to learn culinary and food production skills Supportive team environment Employee discount on great local food Competitive benefits package This is a full-time, year-round position.

Team members must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week. Availability on both weekend days is preferred. Reliable attendance during holidays and summer months is especially important as these are some of our busiest times.
