HV Product Engineering Manager

Major Accountabilities: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support hardware engineering projects. Maximize productivity and support the professional development of team members to contribute to project success. Identify, engage, and communicate effectively with stakeholders involved in hardware engineering projects.

Understand stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns to ensure support and alignment with project goals. Identify talent needs within the hardware engineering team and collaborate with HR to develop recruitment strategies.
