Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2016 after spending my entire career with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another agency for many years, gaining firsthand experience helping customers and learning what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused business. I attended California State University, Northridge and am the proud parent of one son.

Community involvement is a big part of who I am, and I enjoy supporting local youth sports teams, community events, and organizations that make a difference for local families. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
