Mechanical Technician – Maintenance of O&M of ASRS and Conveying Systems

Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Ability to handle electrical aspects as well, demonstrating double competency. Experience: Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician with minimum 5 years of experience with AWS, ASRS systems, automated conveyor systems, and AMC/O&M services.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ASRS, conveyors, cranes, hoists, and other mechanical equipment. Execute PM, O&M, inspections, and breakdown support at customer sites. Handle O&M shift activities, reporting, and customer coordination. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and spare-parts teams for issue resolution.

Provide PAN India stop-gap O&M support as required. Prepare RCA, Why-Why analysis, SOPs, and maintenance reports. Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous equipment operation. Maintain timesheets and support on-call/overtime requirements, including work at heights/confined spaces.
