About the Role
The R1 Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets by providing exceptional administrative and customer service support. This position involves managing sales documentation, coordinating communication between clients and sales representatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing sales reports, and assisting with order processing to enhance overall sales efficiency. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
