Maintenance Manager

Lead Maintenance Excellence in a High-Performance Manufacturing Environment We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations supporting automotive stamping and automated weld assembly manufacturing. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, technician development, maintenance strategy, continuous improvement, and overall department performance.

The successful candidate will provide leadership for maintenance supervisors, coordinators, and technicians while driving uptime, safety, cost control, and operational excellence.
