Job Summary

This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can balance the precision of fundraising operations with the interpersonal energy required to build a volunteer community. You will serve as the right hand to the fundraising team, ensuring the department runs like a well-oiled machine. This role manages all aspects of a volunteer program—recruiting, training, scheduling, and recognizing volunteers—while providing general office support to the Fund Development and Marketing Department .

This dual role involves maintaining databases, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations to support the organization's mission
