Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a full-time Palliative Care APRN to join our compassionate, patient-centered team. The APRN will partner with palliative care physicians and an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments, symptom management, and care coordination for patients with serious illness.
The APRN plays a vital role in supporting patients and families by addressing their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs while promoting comfort, quality of life, and goal-centered care throughout their healthcare journey.
