About The Role

As a Key Account Specialist at DKSH, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify business opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and excellent customer service.

What You Will Deliver Achieve sales targets and business objectives for assigned key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Develop account plans and identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability. Manage customer needs, negotiations, promotions, and commercial activities.

Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and resolve customer issues. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, or related fields. Experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or Sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
