Legal Associate - Corporate Law

About Techdome Techdome is a product engineering company founded in 2020, with a team of 150+ across Hyderabad and Indore. We build software for clients in fintech, healthcare, insurance and manufacturing, alongside our own products: Sparrow, Catalyst AI, Saral Funding and JustInterview.ai. The Role We are looking for a Legal Associate to support our corporate and commercial legal work.

This is a hands-on role for a fresh graduate or early-career lawyer who wants broad exposure to corporate law in a fast-growing technology company. Location: Hyderabad or Indore

• Experience: 0–3 years (fresh graduates welcome)
• Type: Full-time What You'll Do Draft and review commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements and vendor agreements. Support corporate compliance under the Companies Act, including board resolutions, minutes, statutory registers and ROC filings. Maintain a contract register and track renewals, deadlines and compliance dates. Prepare and review employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters and HR policies. Assist with due diligence, legal research and documentation for business transactions. Coordinate with external counsel and company secretaries on legal and compliance matters. What You Bring LL.B. or integrated LL.B. degree (B.A./B.B.A. LL.B.) from a recognised university. 0–3 years of experience; internships in corporate law, a law firm or an in-house legal team are a strong plus. Sound understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and the Indian Contract Act 1872. Clear drafting and communication skills in English. Attention to detail, good organisation and an eagerness to learn.
