Job Summary

Leads organizational development strategies to support culture transformation, performance management, leadership development, and change management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees performance management cycle design, execution, and monitoring. Designs leadership development and succession planning frameworks. Leads organization assessments, job evaluations, and workforce planning. Partners with departments on org structure reviews and change initiatives. Drives organizational surveys and action planning processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or OD; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 7 years of experience in OD, HRBP, or strategic HR roles. Experience in performance management systems and leadership programs. Strong facilitation, analytical, and organizational design skills.
