People Operations Advisor

Make Your Mark: You'll Get To: Overview The People Operations Adviser works in a shared services capacity and supports the Global People Team, with operational expertise managing the European region. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, being a primary contact point for HR queries, engaging in projects and supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for HR related queries. Managing the HR Operations inbox/case management ensuring accuracy and SLAs. Ensure HR records, files and systems are maintained accurately and consistently. Prepare and administer documentation, ensure employee files are maintained. Deliver New Hire Orientation and Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, change in employment and offboarding.

Managing a variety of duties and employee transactions within employee lifecycle. Payroll and general HR support. Partner with other teams including Payroll, Benefits, Purchasing, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, etc. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. Maintaining Standardised Operating procedures (SOPs).

Support the HR team with projects.

Qualifications

3-5 Years' experience within HR Operations supporting Europe and APJ, as well as an understanding of employment laws and experience in employee data management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. Requires analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills to apply various employment situations in line with policies and procedures.

Self-starter, ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in Workday and/or Success. Factors.

French and Poland language and labor regulations knowledge Preferred Skills Previous experience with Immigration processes.
