Residents live in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, so your caseload has real variety. You’ll see short-term rehab after a hospital stay, long-term work on keeping function, and everything in between. 87% of our team members say they feel they make a difference in their work What you’ll do Evaluate residents’ physical and cognitive abilities and set individual rehab goals Plan and deliver therapy that builds independence in daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and eating Recommend adaptive equipment and changes to a resident’s space that help them stay safe Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as residents improve Work with nursing, the therapy team, and families to plan each resident’s care What you’ll need Required: Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license 3–5 years of related experience Pay and benefits $46.
